Privacy policy
ConvertSens has no accounts and no ads. It uses Google Analytics to count visits, and your converter settings stay in your browser. Here is exactly what is stored and where.

The short version
ConvertSens does not ask who you are. There are no accounts and no advertising. We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they use. The converter runs entirely in your browser and the numbers you type are never sent to us or to Google.
Analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart and collects details such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. Google processes this data under theGoogle Privacy Policy. We use it only as aggregate statistics and do not use it to identify you or for advertising. You can block it with theGoogle Analytics opt-out add-on or a content blocker, and the site works the same without it.
What is stored on your device
To remember your choices between visits, the site uses your browser's local storage. Nothing in it is sent to our servers or shared with anyone.
- convertsens: the games, sensitivities and DPI you last entered in the converter.
- theme: whether you picked light or dark mode.
You can delete these at any time by clearing site data for convertsens.com in your browser settings. The site works the same without them.
Server logs
Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages may briefly record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. These logs are kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability, are not used to identify you and are not combined with other data.
Third parties
Apart from Google Analytics, fonts and all other files are served from convertsens.com itself, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts, ad networks or other third-party services. Links to other websites are covered by those sites' own policies.
If you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, never add you to a mailing list and never sell or share it.
Children
ConvertSens does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. If we ever add anything else that collects data, it will be listed here first.
